Is there a record of the great ideas that come up during a chat? Yes. The actual chat remains in the chat box as a historic record. Also, FAQ's are maintained from this record.

Can everyone attending use the microphone? No, only registered members with webcams can access it. All participants can text.

Do I have to request the mic each time I wish to speak? Yes. That ensures that the meeting is controlled by the administrator and each person can speak in turn without interruption.

How do we get to presentations? The moderator sends you a link and you click into a full page for clear viewing.

Where are these links? They are sent to the Chat Page.

When the speaker comes on the picture covers others. Click on the lower right hand corner of the picture and minimize the picture to any size. 

I am hearing an echo. Anyone using speakers and a mic will create an echo. The solution is to turn the speakers down as low as possible.

If I need to leave, can I show this without shutting down? Yes. You can click on your name and set the status button. Everyone will see that.

How do you switch between the Chat and Presentation pages? Yes you can split your screen by minimizing vertically. The simplest way is to minimize the bottom of both pages to show the Icon tray at the bottom. You can click between the page boxes that way instantly.

Is there a private chat? Yes, but the administrator maintains control over the use or over-use of the private chats.

Can obnoxious people or inappropriate words be controlled? Yes, the administrator has all the controls necessary to deal with both.
